Awesome! Positive: Location, bed, mini-heater, espresso and French press, washer & DRYER, great restaurant downstairs, view, bus access, coastal walk, full, unobstructed Bondi Beach View!! Host was GREAT! Negative: Stinky bathroom due to heavy rain.

Cold Positive: View!! Location !! Negative: Was freezing! No heating but advertised as heated. And could not contact the property to enquire about the heating issue. No message. No one answered my call. Bookings.com gave me a whopping $16 to compensate. Was not happy

Great view of Bondi Positive: Incredible view of the apartment, located next to the beach. The apartment was very fresh we only needed to turn on the fan to sleep at night and it was even slightly cold which we loved. If you are sensitive to noise do keep in mind its right above a street thats not busy at all at night, but you begin to hear the cars & people quite early in the morning. Negative: You need to carry your luggage up the stairs (help was offered)& I found the state of the bathroom a bit poor (Jiggly toilet, water fully rushing out of the shower soaking the whole floor, and the window looked not very well maintained/dirty). For the price paid, i believe the sheets could be better cleaned (the duvet was in between two sheets and had some stains in it), bathroom should be in a considerably better state & perhaps some bottled water could be offered.
